        How does free editing work?

        Every guest can run one free Seedream 5.0 Lite edit per day without signing up. A new account also receives six one-time welcome credits.

        Do subscription credits roll over?

        Yes. Credits already added to your balance remain available, and each successful subscription renewal adds the credits shown on your plan.

        How does yearly billing work?

        Pay the annual price upfront. The full annual credit amount shown on the card is added after payment rather than unlocked month by month.

        Can I cancel anytime?

        Yes — manage or cancel future renewals from the billing portal. Credits already in your balance remain available unless the associated purchase is refunded.

        What is the refund policy?

        One-time credit purchases may be refunded within seven days only when none of those credits have been used. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal and does not normally refund the current billing period. Refund Policy

        How many credits does each generation cost?

        At 1K, an edit costs 5 to 20 credits depending on the model. Higher resolutions cost more, and the editor button always shows the exact price before you generate.
