Phevo Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern use of Phevo at photoeditorai.im. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact support@photoeditorai.im with questions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or attempts to bypass service limits.

AI Photo Editing

Phevo sends your image and instruction to an AI provider to create an edited result. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every output before publication or commercial use. Phevo does not guarantee that an edit will preserve identity, text, details, or intellectual-property rights.

Your Content

You retain rights you hold in uploaded images and generated results. You grant Phevo and its processors a limited licence to host, transmit, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process the content.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Phevo to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or non-consensual content; impersonate others for fraud; sexualise minors; evade safeguards; distribute malware; or interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Credits and Generation Charges

A successful image-edit request deducts the credit amount shown before generation. If Phevo detects that the provider failed to complete the request, the reserved credits are returned automatically. Free or promotional credits have no cash value and may expire or be changed.

Payments and Subscriptions

Stripe processes checkout. Prices, billing periods, credit quantities, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage an eligible subscription through the customer portal. Taxes may be added where required after applicable tax registrations are configured.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Intellectual Property

Phevo's software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Phevo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or third-party models. Provider and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Generation can be delayed or fail because of provider capacity, safety filters, network conditions, maintenance, or invalid inputs. To the extent permitted by law, Phevo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Termination

You may stop using Phevo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, legal requirements, non-payment, or repeated abuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the product, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email where appropriate.
