Who We Are

Phevo operates the AI photo-editing service available at photoeditorai.im. Questions about this policy or personal data can be sent to support@photoeditorai.im.

Information We Process

We process account information such as your name, email address, authentication status, and account identifiers. We also process service activity including credit balances, purchases, generated-edit status, security logs, device information, approximate country, and pages or controls used.

When you request an edit, the selected image and edit instruction are sent to our image-generation provider for processing. Do not upload material you are not permitted to process or highly sensitive personal information.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate Phevo:

• Cloudflare for hosting, storage, database, security, and network delivery
• fal.ai for AI image editing
• Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, credit purchases, invoices, and fraud prevention
• Brevo for verification, password-reset, and support-related email
• Plausible and Microsoft Clarity for product analytics and session diagnostics
• Google Analytics may be enabled after the required account and consent configuration is completed

Stripe processes payment details directly. Phevo does not receive or store complete card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use data to provide and secure accounts, process image edits, deduct or grant credits, fulfil purchases, send essential email, respond to support requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate product usage.

Analytics events must not include image prompts, uploaded images, names, email addresses, payment-card data, passwords, or secret tokens.

Image and Output Handling

Uploaded images are transmitted to the selected AI provider to perform the requested edit. Provider-hosted results may remain available for a limited period under the provider's retention practices. Download important results promptly. Account files intentionally saved through Phevo may remain until you delete them or close the account, subject to backup and legal-retention requirements.

Cookies and Local Storage

Phevo uses essential cookies for authentication, session security, language, and preferences. Analytics tools may use cookies or local storage for aggregated traffic measurement and session continuity. Browser controls and applicable consent choices can be used to restrict non-essential storage.

Retention and Security

We retain account, credit, purchase, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, provider secret stores, and audit records, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal data. You may delete your account from account settings where available. Some purchase and security records may be retained when required by law or legitimate fraud-prevention needs.

Children

Phevo is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. Do not use the service if you cannot legally consent to these terms.

Changes

We may update this policy as Phevo, its providers, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
